Simple Installation Guide for Horizon Emulator
- Download & Install
- Visit the Download tab, download the latest
.apk
file, and install it.
- Visit the Download tab, download the latest
- Set Up Horizon Emulator
- Open the app, grant all requested permissions.
- Go to the Download tab and click Update All.
- If you’re using Horizon Emu v1.0 or older, download and install Scripts CPU Topology instead of the regular Scripts version if needed.
- Download the Wine version of your choice from the Download tab.
- Create a Container
- Open the Containers tab and click on Create a new container.
- Enter a name for your container and confirm.
- To launch your container, click on the shortcut named FileManager.
- Fix Connection Issues (if needed)
- If you see a “Not connected” screen when launching the container, go to the Download tab and install the not-connected-fix.
- Enable On-Screen Controls
- Download and install the InputBridge_v0.1.9.9.apk file.
- Open InputBridge, grant permissions, and press Import to upload your controls profile file (in
.ibp
format). - InputBridge will automatically launch inside the container.
